PAN TREETOP CABINS

Luxury treehouses surrounded by the silent forests of Finnskogen.

A secluded forest retreat shaped by Scandinavian design

PAN Tretopphytter opened in 2018, created by Kristian Rostad and Christine Mowinckel on their forest property by the serene Gjessåsjøen. Situated in the heart of Finnskogen, the treehouses offer a rare blend of tranquility, untouched wilderness, and striking architecture. This region is known for its deep forests, rich wildlife, and cultural history, making PAN an ideal escape for travelers seeking peace, inspiration, and connection with nature.

Designed with sustainable Scandinavian architecture, the cabins feature modern comforts, warm interiors, and large glass surfaces that open directly to the landscape outside. With six beds in each unit and three treehouses located close to one another, PAN welcomes families, groups of friends, and multi-generational travelers. Recognized internationally, PAN has been nominated for awards such as AD Design Awards, Architizer A+ Awards, Dezeen Design Awards, European Steel Design Awards, and the Norwegian Steel Construction Awards.
