SKYSKRAPEREN RESTAURANT

Fine dining above the clouds - panoramic cuisine on Bergen’s highest peak.

Seasonal Nordic flavors with a view like no other

Perched 643 meters above sea level at the summit of Mount Ulriken, Skyskraperen offers a dining experience unlike any other in Norway. Just a short cable car ride (with Ulriken643) from Bergen’s city center, guests arrive to sweeping 360° views over fjords, mountains, and sea - an ideal setting to capture the true essence of the Norwegian landscape.

The restaurant serves a refined 3-course lunch and a 5-course dinner inspired by seasonal ingredients and the culinary traditions of Western Norway, prepared with a modern Nordic touch. Whether for a family outing, a romantic dinner, or a private celebration, Skyskraperen combines fresh mountain air, tranquil surroundings, and local gastronomy to create a memorable experience at the top of Bergen’s highest mountain.
