RE-NAA

A three Michelin-starred dining experience in Stavanger, celebrating Norway’s coastline and seasons.

Intimate fine dining led by Chef Sven Erik Renaa

Re-Naa is one of Norway’s most acclaimed restaurants, awarded three Michelin stars and led by Chef Sven Erik Renaa together with his wife Torill. Since opening in Stavanger in 2009, the restaurant has been dedicated to presenting the natural flavors of Norway’s coastline and fjords through precise, creative, and seasonal cooking. With only 22 seats, the setting is deliberately intimate, ensuring each guest receives a highly personal and attentive dining experience.

The philosophy of Re-Naa is rooted in storytelling: every dish is a reflection of Norwegian landscapes, traditions, and local producers, prepared with modern techniques and uncompromising quality. Combined with expertly curated wine pairings and genuine hospitality, the restaurant offers more than fine dining—it is an exploration of Norwegian identity and culture, distilled into an unforgettable culinary journey.
